A full body workout challenging your strength, flexibility, and stability with a mix of our strength training tools (TRX, BOSU, weights).
TRX
A full body workout using TRX suspension straps as the primary tool to build strength, stamina, stability, agility, and flexibility. TRX straps can be used to develop a yoga/pilates/barre flow or a HITT style or circuit style training class to tone and shape the body. TRX is for everyBODY and every AGE.

POUND Fitness
We are an official Pound Fitness studio. Our tool of choice are slightly weighted drumsticks, called ripstix. The workout combines elements of cardio, strength training, pilates and yoga to create a wildly fun sweat session for all fitness levels.

Add this program to your current mix to level up and exploit your results or use it as an at home program to build your routine.
This program is designed to be a progressive 8-week program, sweating out three sessions each week. However, you are free to use the program in whatever way helps you meet your fitness goals.
