Online Learning Classes: Hot Topics in Health
There are five hot topics in health that are covered in this online course. Each 45-minute class covers one hot topic. The instructor will provide background & relevance on the topic, provide tips and strategies, and share resources for you to use or consider for future use. Register for class to receive zoom meeting information. All registered will receive a recording of the session.

Lean & Green Healthy cooking series

These monthly (2-hr) workshops are a great way to learn how to make new, healthy recipes.  Participants work in small teams to prepare 3-4 different recipes. Once completed, we enjoy a sampling buffet over healthy conversation.
