This is my first time. Will I make it through a work out?
Of course! While our instructors are here to motivate you to your best self, you are ultimately in control of the workout. When on the bikes, you control the resistance through the resistance knob. And you can take a water/towel break whenever you need it.

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early if it is your first class. We want to meet you and set you up for an awesome ride.

What does it mean when a class is marked "waitlist only?"

It means the class is at full capacity, but if you get on the waitlist and there’s a cancellation, you will be notified via text and/or e-mail that you made it into the class.

Do I need special shoes for indoor cycling?
No. While we encourage all of our riders to purchase cycling shoes, our bikes have adjustable cages for sneakers, too. Our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats.

What should I wear to work out?
Comfortable workout clothes you aren’t afraid to get sweaty in.  For females, if you choose to wear shorts, make sure they are spandex or tighter fitting. Running shorts can sometimes ride up and cause discomfort. You may want to wear pants/crops that are fitted. However, just keep in mind loose clothing can be dangerous if it gets caught in the wheel. Long loose pants are not a good idea.

What if I need to cancel a class?
You must cancel 12 hours before class or you will be charged for the ride in full. A cancellation within 12 hours of the start of a class is considered a “Late Cancel” and may result in the loss of 1 day from your package for clients with unlimited monthly packages or forfeiture of 1 class for clients with individual/multi-class class packages. Please be mindful of cancelling on time to avoid being charged for your missed class.

How will I know if classes are cancelled?
Once in a great while we may have to deal with something like "snow-pocalypse" here in Medina. We will do our best to notify you via text or email in the event that we must cancel a class, but you can also check our Facebook or Twitter accounts if there is a weather concern.
