Heather enjoy's participating in almost all sports and athletic competitions. She looks forward to the challenge, the camaraderie, and the competition that comes from training with others. Heather thinks of group fitness classes like team sports, as they allow for individual growth with the support and motivation of a team.

Pam has been an instructor in fitness classes for the past 28 years. After having an interest in fitness, she started taking classes and shortly after that began teaching them.
Fitness is her passion. She looks forward to daily workouts or runs and tries to inspire others to love it as much as she does. As a nurse practitioner she educates on health and wellness at work as well as in the community.
The absolute love of life, the desire to help others and the fight to stay young and energetic!
