Unlimited class packages will be activated on the day of your 1st visit. For this reason, you will not be able to sign-up for additional classes until after you attend your 1st class. As an example, if a client buys an unlimited pricing option on May 1st, but it is not set to activate until May 5th (day of 1st visit), the client will not be able to book additional classes until after their May 5th visit. It is advised that when you purchase your unlimited package, you should also enroll in any classes you may want to attend in the immediate future. Otherwise, any future class bookings will need to wait until after your 1st visit. As always, please feel free to reach out to the Village Spin staff with any questions about this process.
